Costs and payment

The cost for the training day, practice expedition and qualifying expedition is £390 (inc VAT @ 20%)

Payment is to Hepworth Adventures and is due by the end of February 2023. Payment is via BACS and you will be sent the account details when you complete the booking form.

Kit list

Your son/ daughter will need the following items for the expedition

We provide

  • 2 or 3 person tents
  • Stove and saucepans (Trangia)
  • Fuel (gas)
  • Map
  • Compass

We prefer it if students bring their own rucksacks but we can supply one if necessary. We will organise this on the training day.

Groups

We want your son and daughter to enjoy the time with their group. Groups will be allocated and formed once we know how many students have booked on the expedition. The group information will be shared and discussed with the school. We will aim for groups of 6 or 7.
